Anyone PPPPLLLLLSSSS can i have a runescape account pls?

i had a lvl 76 account which i worked for 1 and a half year and i had full dragon on it and whip and every dragon weapon. but 1 day someone hacked into it i SWEAR and took all my good stuff........then someone gave me a lvl 66 acc wich was completely empty...i worked ages on this person to get a whip,full rune, every dragon weapon, granite body and granite shield. then tht person that gave it to me took it away..,. he STOLE ittt :((((((((((
