What does it mean when an interviewer uses intense eye contact during an interview?

Yikes...sounds weird to me. I've interviewed many people over the years, and I would never intentionally make someone feel so uncomfortable with the process. Quite the opposite actually. Be on your toes with this guy, and good luck.
