How much would a neon orange paintjob cost?

im about to turn 15 and i want to drive so badly. when I turn 16 I want to buy a scion tc. nissan cube or mazda miatta I want it to be neon orange with aqua underglow. How much would you say a new paintjob would cost. And how much would you say insurance be?
