Question about the HCG shot and testing/chances of pregnancy?

I am 7dpiui and 8 days past the trigger shot. I tested the day after my iui and got a dark positive right away. I tested last night and this am and got very faint positives that took about 5 minutes to come up. I figure the shot is almost out of my system now. I am going to test again on Sunday to make sure and then try testing everyday until the 1st which is when I have to do my blood test. I wouldn't worry that it is faint already. Remember that some tests aren't as sensitive and if there is less hcg than the stick can pick up you will get a negative even though you may still have hcg in your system. I think it all sounds very normal. Good luck and I hope we get our bfps!
