Should I go see a doctor?

Over the past 3-4 days I've had a cold where I've had a cough (to the point where I've almost lost my voice),serious trouble sleeping, coughing up lots of phlegm, general headache / head cold and a bit of a fever (at worst it got up to 37.8). Most of the symptoms are now gone but I have very bloodshot eyes all day and a persistent cough. Its really annoying, I honestly cannot go for a whole minute without coughing loudly. Any idea whats up?
