Since Goldman Sachs makes much money on hedge fund type investments in your opinion should they have U.S. govt?

The federal government should NOT bailout ANY private company. Any company that cannot operate at a break even or profit point should be shut down. Any federal agency that cannot account for every penny of taxpayers' money it receives and explain/prove how it has accomplished its Constitutionally mandated mission should also be shutdown. Any federal agency that cannot prove its Constitutional authority to exist and its success while accounting for every penny of taxpayers' money it receives should also be shut down.
