Why did Michael Jordan compare Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade to Magic Johnson and Larry Bird? why? how come?

When LeBron James joined the Miami Heat, Michael Jordan commented on the situation, and tons of other people agreed with him by saying that "there is no way I would have called up Magic Johnson and Larry Bird to say lets play together on the same team, because I was trying to beat those guys". So what, it takes teamwork to win championships, not one player can do it all on his own, and Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh are no Magic Johnson or Larry Bird. Jordan had his own big 3 with Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman. Kobe had Shaq, and now Kobe has Pau Gasol, Derek Fisher, Shannon Brown, Lamar Odom, who are very underrated players. Kevin Garnett had Paul Pierce and Ray Allen, nobody made such a big deal when they joined up, and nobody cared when Carmelo Anthony joined Amare Stoudemare and Chauncey Billups. So why is everyone making it a big deal when LeBron joined Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade?
