Does a 97.2% mean that you are the father of a child?

the murray shows next topic- my cousin is having drama with a female who is 23 and already has 3 kids, she is trying to pinpoint number 2 on him though, after a one night stand. the test is 97.2% supposively i havent seen the results yet, she still saying its his?? is that possible!?!?
