Help issues with girlfriend! uuugh?

I have been with my girlfriend for 3 and a half months, we have had fights usually over what i do! she wanted me to delete face book, not go to a bachloer party,not go to a friends bday party? i did say some shitty things tho too,like one of my exs had a smokin hott body,one of my friends fiances looked pretty one night. so anyways fri nite she came over we made up, and then sat nite came along and we texted here and there and she said when she left sat morning she felt empty cause i didnt give her a hug and kiss?? wtf! so we got over that! then sunday night we talked a little and said for her to call me back later things were fine and then i asked about her coming over monday night and she said yes. later on that night she texted saying i will let you know by 12noon tommorrow if i am coming? so i asked is everything ok? and she freaked! saying u must be mixing up your texts with some other girl! i said i am not and that is obsured. so around 1000 that night i was on the phone with my mother and she called 3 times and left 2 nasty messages last one saying **** this i am breaking up with u! geez i love her and dont want to lose her, but it seems like i keep giving in and need to get a backbone. i am used to being strong all the time but she is making me weak! uuugh. so today is thursday and i have texted her at least 1 or 2 a day and she is saying goodluck,goodbye. then last nit i called and she answered and i spilled my guts over the phone and told her how really i feel for her and i am sorry. and thats it !
