How can i????????????

if you really wanna lose the weight fast, cut out most of the carbs, especially the pb&j, your not gonna loose weight eating that sugary stuff, try to stick to 1 serving or 40 carbs a day, i know its hard, i eat carbs constantly but it IS the quickest way.....yogurt is ok for breakfast....for lunch eat some turkey w/o bread, limit the fruit b/c of the sugars.......stay away from pasta, eat just the meat......because the pasta has wayyyy too many carbs.....and for dessert eat those low carb bars by breyers they are good and only have like 5 carbs in them......they have all kinds of low-carb foods, just have to shop around in the health isles at the grocery store...good luck!!!
