Is there a such thing as evangelical/radical Buddhisim?

most jews do not partake of radical behaviour since other people's beliefs or nonbeliefs do not interest us in the slightest, but i think christians blowing up abortion clinics is pretty radical, so i wouldnt leave them out of this little commentary.
