Pms headaches?

I get them also, I feel for you. I take EXCEDRIN and if that doesn't help I drink coffee and lots of water if that still doesn't help try the no-dose over the counter. I swear I'm not a pill-popper I don't even like taking medicine, but if all else fails I take them and it does the trick. Good Luck
