A suitable punishment for my wife?

She refused to make me a sandwich today. Now, since I am the one bringing the source of income into the house and supporting the kids, and working long hours while she sits at home and supposedly "cleans the house", I thought it was reasonable that I asked for a sandwich to be made. She angrily retaliated, calling me a "control freak" and that she was "tired of my bull crap". I punished her by not letting her watch Everybody loves Raymond, but I think that wasn't harsh enough. What else should I do? I was thinking not letting her eat but is that reasonable?
