its a country crossover hit that came out a few years ago. the woman sounds in between shania twain and reba mcyntire. yes, that is a big difference but she sounds in between them two. but more shania than reba. and she says in the song "everytime we touch i get a (something) rush". in the song she also says "the way its supposed to beeeee." can you tell me who this is and what the song is? i love the song.
