Why wont my cat eat after having a seizure, its been several days.?

my cat had a seizure and has not eaten in 3 days. Hes slow and his head wobbles. The crust in his eyes is a red irregular color. The vet checked his stool and nothing was wrong. Im worried about my cat, what can i do to get him to eat. and his nose is dry and warm.He had a fever of 103 at the vet.
