Workmates or acquaintance's part 2?

thanks for your patience. as i said earlier i do all the work, hard graft and i dont mind covering for people i consider a good workmate. a railway sleeper we had planked has gone walkies so thats the fourth time i've been screwed in two years. before that with the same squad a shed load of beer given by the plumbers boss was diverted from me, 40 quid from the plasterers boss, 100 quid split from sandstone sills and 170 quid for my cut of a steel salvage all byped my clamy little mitts. oh wait last year i got bought a big mac for 7 ton of steel by the bosses and they helped themselves to the cut of a 1000kg of solid 4 core copper wire. but the railway sleeper going missing is the last straw, i dug it out and kept my word and they stole it. they've ruined a good working relationship, everything is fair game now for what? at most 30 quid. so is there such a thing as a good "workmate" or are they all just users? out for themselves.
