Hi i have a fridge that wont get cold?

hi i have a westinghouse freestyle fridge that won't get cold, it sounds like its running as normal but we moved house the other day let it sit for 2 hours before we put it inside and turned it on and it wont get cold in either the fridge part or the freezer part. any ideas on how to fix this? we have to put everything in the freezer part to keep it cool and it is still warm after 4 hours. everything has defrosted. HELP!!
