Don't count on finding out what you are having at the ultrasound, it's not guaranteed that you will know if you are having a boy or a girl. Go ahead and go shopping. I bought furniture throughout my entire pregnancy as I found things (I bought second-hand to save money). Your list is good. My daughter's theme was ballerina teddy bears. I'm due in a two weeks with a boy and he will eventually share a room with my daughter and I'm going to do the theme Hawaiian. I didn't gain any weight with either pregnancy because I lost weight the first half of my pregnancy and never gained more than my original weight. I was overweight to begin with and ate healthy.
