What should I do to my longboard so it can go fast?

I know the question sounds retarded but I have a 34 " sector nine board with double trucks and orangatang in heat wheels. What can i do to it (besides tighten the trucks) to make it go faster down steep hills with little to no speed wobbles. Anything I can buy and add or do ? PLEASE HELP!
